A UK financial services trade body establishes and grows
In response to the financial crisis of 2008, TheCityUK was established as the representative body of the UK financial services sector. This had to be created rapidly and evolved from a smaller body, IFSL that was primarily research focused. This engagement was to design the membership structure, approach all major financial institutions, create a high profile launch and develop the mechanisms to manage the memberships.

· Developed the membership proposition, financial model and initial collateral
· Procurement process for CRM platform, vendor selection and systems capabilities
· Marketing of trade association to a senior audience (UK Board level of top 50 financial institutions) and active recruitment
